We stand by the quality of Koala UI, which is why every purchase comes with a money-back guarantee: if it is not what you expected, tell us why and we will start the refund.
To protect the product from leaks and scams, every request needs its reason, and we read each one before approving it. Koala UI decides whether the reason is sufficient.
This guarantee is on top of, and never limits, the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
2. How to ask
Write to info.koalaui@gmail.com with your order number (it is on your receipt, and in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal) and the reason for the refund. The refund must be issued within 24 hours at most.
3. What happens next
Lemon Squeezy returns the payment to the method you paid with. A refund ends the Pro license: its key stops working in the CLI and on the Site, and the License Agreement no longer lets you use the Pro tier in new work.
